  Funding of up to $5,000 to install qualified solar energy systems in homes and commercial buildings
• Wind Anemometer Loans
  MEA is loaning wind measuring devices to landowners for up to one year to determine the economic feasibility of installing a wind turbine
• Windswept Grant Program
  The Windswept Grant Program will help offset a portion of the cost of small scale wind energy projects
